Hub is 25 km from I.I. Chundrigar Road by road, Port Qasim 47 km, Dhabeji 57 km and Nooriabad 101 km. Most of the people making these trips live in Karachi and work out there, in the factories and the port, so the morning traffic runs out of the city rather than into it. A monthly seat to Port Qasim costs about Rs 30,400, both ways, every working day.

Distance on the road network between the centre of each town and I.I. Chundrigar Road, measured on 30 October 2026; your own door may be a few kilometres either way. Seat and whole car prices are two trips a day on 22 working days, from the rate card the app uses. Petrol is the round trip at 13 km per litre and today's PSO price, before tolls and parking.

Three directions out of the city

West, across the Hub River. Hub is in Balochistan, but its industrial estate is staffed from Orangi, Baldia and SITE. The road crosses the river at the Hub checkpost, which is where the morning queue forms, and Hub is the shortest run in the table.

East, along the National Highway. Steel Town, Port Qasim, Dhabeji and Gharo sit one after another on the same road past Landhi, and Thatta is at the far end of it. Anyone working at the port, the steel mills or the Dhabeji economic zone leaves from Malir, Landhi or Korangi, so riders and drivers on that road are going the same way at the same hour, which is the whole case for sharing a car.

North-east, up the motorway. Nooriabad's industrial estate is on the M-9 toward Hyderabad. At 101 km each way it is a long day, and on a run that long the seat price and your own petrol are the two figures to look at row by row.

Live inside Karachi?

For a commute that starts and ends inside the city, the Karachi pick and drop page prices seventeen areas, from Clifton and PECHS out to Surjani Town and Bahria Town. Any other pair of places goes through the fare calculator, and the road distance table covers the trips between cities.
