Shareide supports multiple payment methods: Cash - pay the driver directly; JazzCash - pay via your JazzCash wallet; Easypaisa - pay via your Easypaisa account; Debit/Credit Card - Visa and Mastercard accepted. Set your preferred method in the app settings.
No. Shareide does not have surge pricing. You bid your own fare per seat, and drivers accept or counter. The price you agree on is the price you pay. No hidden charges, no peak-hour surprises.
Yes, refunds are available for driver cancellations, incorrect charges, or significant ride issues. Go to your ride history, select the ride, and tap "Report Issue." Our team reviews all requests and processes eligible refunds within 3-5 business days.
Every Shareide driver is CNIC-verified. We also check their driving license, vehicle registration, and criminal background. Drivers must maintain a minimum rating to stay on the platform. This multi-step process ensures only trusted, verified individuals drive on Shareide.
Female riders can choose to be matched exclusively with CNIC-verified female drivers. These rides include all standard safety features: live GPS tracking, SOS emergency button, route deviation alerts, and trip sharing with family. Women-to-women rides are available across all launch cities.

Shareide supports multiple vehicle types: Honda 70, Honda 125, cars, and vans. Whether you commute daily and want to fill empty seats or drive full-time, Shareide works with your vehicle. All vehicles must have valid registration and be in good working condition.
You earn per seat filled on your route. More seats filled = more income per trip. Shareide takes the lowest platform commission in Pakistan (7%). Earnings are settled daily and can be withdrawn via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer. You also earn milestone bonuses for consistent driving.
