A private circle for your people
Only your people are in it
Members join by photographing their organization ID card, or by verifying an email on your official domain with a one time code. Nobody else gets in.
They see each other's rides
A ride request posted inside your circle is shown to the rest of your organization, so the people sharing a car already know who they are travelling with.
Drivers are CNIC verified
Every driver's CNIC is checked against a photo of their own face before they can drive. Live GPS tracking and an SOS button are on every ride.
Women can ask for a woman driver
A woman can choose a female driver, and that driver is verified rather than taken on trust.
Monthly pick and drop
The same driver, the same seat, every working day — booked a month at a time for a daily commute instead of a fare every morning.
One seat, not the whole car
A seat costs far less than the car. On a 10 km trip it is about Rs 373 a seat against Rs 560 for the whole car (effective 22 September 2026, last checked 13 October 2026).

What does it cost my organization?
Nothing. There is no fee, no contract and no minimum. Your people book rides in the Shareide app and pay the normal fare themselves.
How do my staff or students prove they belong?
Two ways. They photograph their organization ID card, or they verify an email address on your official domain with a one time code. Either way nobody outside your organization gets in.
What do they actually get?
They see ride requests and offers from people in the same organization, so they share a car with colleagues or classmates instead of strangers. On top of that they can book a monthly pick and drop with the same CNIC verified driver, take a single seat on a shared ride, or book the whole car.
Does the organization have to arrange the drivers?
No. Drivers are Shareide drivers, already CNIC verified with a face match on the card. You are not arranging transport or paying for it; you are giving your people a private circle to share rides inside.
Is there anything for women only?
Yes. A woman can ask for a female driver, and that is verified rather than taken on trust. Every ride also has live GPS tracking and an SOS button.
How long does setting it up take?
A person reads every request. We will reply on the email you give us; if something is missing we will ask rather than guess. The form below is a request, not an automatic signup.
