On a Rs 1,000 trip that works out as Rs 70 commission and Rs 47 sales tax, leaving you Rs 884. Nothing else comes out of the fare.
What you keep on real routes
One-way fare for the whole car on corridors we actually price, in nine cities, longest take-home first. Fuel is petrol only at Suzuki Cultus averages (16 km/L) and Rs 398.30/Ltr, so "after petrol" is before maintenance, tyres and any instalment on the car.

How much commission does Shareide take from a driver?
7% of the fare, plus 5% sales tax on the driver's share after that. On a Rs 1,000 trip that is Rs 70 commission and Rs 47 tax, so the driver keeps Rs 884. There is no joining fee, no monthly fee and no charge for the app.
How much can a driver earn in Karachi or Lahore?
That depends on how many trips you actually complete, so the honest answer is a rate, not a salary. The table on this page shows what you keep on real corridors in nine cities after Shareide's cut and after petrol, and the calculator turns that into a day and a month at whatever number of trips you choose.
Is the fare per seat or for the whole car?
The fares here are for the whole car on a one-way trip. A shared seat is priced separately, and a monthly pick and drop plan is agreed up front for the month.
When does a Shareide driver get paid?
A cash trip is collected from the rider at the end of the ride and only the commission is settled from your wallet. A prepaid trip is credited to your Shareide wallet when the ride completes. A monthly pick and drop plan pays the day's share as each day is completed.
What does the fuel column not include?
Petrol only, at Suzuki Cultus averages. It excludes maintenance, tyres, oil, depreciation and any vehicle instalment, and it assumes you drive straight to the pickup. Treat it as the floor of your running cost, not the whole of it.
What do I need to drive on Shareide?
A CNIC, a valid driving licence, your vehicle's papers and a smartphone. Registration is inside the Shareide Fleet app and the account is reviewed before it goes live.
