Office Pick and Drop Service in Lahore: What It Costs and How to Arrange One
Lahore's commute problem is not distance, it is Ferozepur Road at 8:40am. A fixed pick and drop arrangement fixes your seat, your time and your price for the month. Here is what that costs.
Lahore commuters lose more time to congestion than to distance. Ten kilometres on Ferozepur Road at 8:40am is not the same ten kilometres at noon, and ride-hailing pricing knows it. A fixed pick and drop arrangement takes the surge, the search and the uncertainty out of your morning.
What Lahore commuters pay in 2026
| Option | Per day (both ways) | Per month (22 days) |
|---|---|---|
| App booking, twice daily | Rs 450 - 850 | Rs 9,900 - 18,700 |
| Whole-car monthly hire | Rs 650 - 1,100 | Rs 14,300 - 24,200 |
| Shared seat, monthly plan | Rs 280 - 500 | Rs 6,160 - 11,000 |
Peak-hour surge is what widens that first row. A monthly rate is agreed once and does not move because it rained or because it is the first of the month.
The corridors where it works
- Johar Town / Wapda Town → Gulberg and Main Boulevard
- Model Town → Mall Road and the Secretariat
- DHA → Gulberg, Ferozepur Road offices
- Township / Green Town → Township Industrial Area
- Shahdara / Ravi Road → city centre
One way or two way
Plenty of Lahore commuters only need the morning leg — they stay late, or go somewhere else after work. Arranging one direction costs roughly half, and there is no reason to pay for a return you will not use. Be explicit about it when you post the route, because a driver quoting for two legs will quote higher.
Setting it up
Post the route once with your pickup point, drop-off, days and timing. Drivers already running that corridor make you an offer; you choose. After that the ride repeats on your chosen days without you booking anything each morning.
Two things worth getting right on day one: a pickup point specific enough to actually stop at, and an agreed grace window so neither side is annoyed at 8:35am.
