Delete your Shareide account

You can permanently delete your Shareide (passenger) or Shareide Fleet (driver) account directly from the app, by submitting the form below, or by emailing our support team. App package names: com.shareide_official.shareide (passenger), com.shareide_official.shareide.fleet (driver). Developer: Shareide, contact support@shareide.com.

Option 1 — Submit a deletion request

Fill in your registered phone number so we can locate your account. Email is optional but speeds up confirmation.

Option 3 — Email us

If you cannot sign in (e.g. lost phone number access), email support@shareide.com from the email address linked to your account, or include your registered phone number in the body. We verify identity and delete within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

What is kept (and why)

This action is permanent. Once deleted, your account and personal data cannot be restored. If you have an active or in-progress ride, complete or cancel it first — the app and our backend will block deletion otherwise.
